Yes. Farr Constructions holds a current QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) builder's licence and is a member of Master Builders Queensland. Full public liability and contract works insurance is carried on every project.
Yes — for extensions and new builds we manage the full development application and building permit process, including liaising with Brisbane City Council and engaging certifiers. We handle the paperwork so you don't have to.

All structural work is covered by Queensland's mandatory statutory warranty — 6 years and 6 months for structural defects, 12 months for non-structural defects. Beyond that, Tomas stands behind his work personally. If something's not right, he'll come back and fix it.
